Asian Cole Slaw

I have been craving this for some reason, and I scoured the internet for a good recipe. I found 5 kinda "ok" recipes, and decided to try elements from all of them and see what it produced. The result? Only the best tasting Asian Cole Slaw ever! Crunchy, sweet, tart, perfect! And, honestly, was even BETTER the second day!

Ingredients:
1 16 oz. Bag of 3 color Slaw Mix
2 Bags of Chicken Flavored Ramen Noodles
1 cup of Cashews
1/2 cup White Sugar
1/2 cup Veggie Oil
1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
6 Green Onions

First make the sauce. In a small bowl whisk together the white sugar, Ramen Chicken flavor packets, veggie oil and the vinegar. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the entire bag of slaw mix, the chopped green onions, and both CRUSHED bags of dry Ramen noodles.

Top the bowl of slaw with the sauce, stir to coat, and refrigerate at least 3 hours. The sauce will soften up the Ramen noodles some.

Stir in the cashews right before serving.

Enjoy!
