Like the village bicycle...

Yep, friends, I get around.

Today I am trying my hand at some mommy-esque blogging (yikes, feels weird and sober and tingly) and shacking up with The Mom Crowd, which is a site you all should be familiar with since it is on my blog roll, and as I am sure you are all aware, my blog roll reads like Oprah's Book Club.

Oh fun, who wants to be Gail to my Oprah?!

Anyways, check it out and leave them some love.

Brittany,
I am no Gail, I am my own Oprah but this Oprah wants to acknowledge you. When you get a chance stop by my blog to pick up your award.

I'll be Gail, she looks more comfortable in the shoes than O does.

I left a comment there too, but yay for the baby train. I'm getting on board soon too!

I can be Gail, just don't make me walk your dog, or check for yeast infection under the boobs....ewwww...

I'll go check it out--haven't been to that site before.

I think Gail's got the best gig in town!

I'm gonna have to live vicariously through you on this one. Most women who are my age (35) in this small town already have kids in high school!

As someone on your blogroll, I say if your 'roll is Oprah's Book Club, I am something sweeping and grand (and verbose) like The Pillars of the Earth.

P.S. Are they going to revoke my penis for knowing that was an Oprah's Book Club selection? I may need to go into hiding-- will you be my Miep Gies??

If Literal Dan gets to be The Pillars of the Earth, can I be A Million Little Pieces? (you know the fake memoir that Oprah made us read)

You will do great at mommy blogging. I'm trying to break out of cookie cutter mommy blog ....You never know what will offend and what wont.

a fellow drunken blogger with a love of Oprah? It's like we're long lost BFF's!

Lorrie from ournameisblog.blogspot.com and I are tossing around the idea of a drunken version of blogher. Want to come if we sober up enough to plan it?
